Returns

Because each timepiece we offer is unique, pre-owned, or vintage, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a timepiece, please contact us within a reasonable period so that our team can review your request.

Condition

To be eligible for consideration, a timepiece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all accompanying materials, papers, and packaging where applicable.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable due to their nature or condition. Any such exceptions will be communicated to you before a transaction is finalized.
